HOW LONG IS THE HIRE FOR?
We typically deliver props on the morning of your wedding and will collect at the end of your wedding night. If you would like to amend these times, please let us know at the time of booking.
CAN YOU DELIVER AND WHERE TO?
We’re based in Derby, East Midlands but can deliver nationwide. Please let us know your wedding venue so we can provide an accurate delivery quote.

For deliveries more than 30 miles from our base (DE1), a minimum £300 hire charge applies. For deliveries more than 60 miles from our base, a minimum £500 hire charge applies. Minimum hire charges exclude delivery.
DOES THE HIRE COST INCLUDE DELIVERY?
The hire cost does not include delivery and is chargeable at 50p per mile. We are based in Derby (DE1).
IS THERE A DEPOSIT TO PAY?
In order to secure your book there is a 50% deposit, with the remainder payable 4 weeks before your wedding.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
In the event you need to cancel your booking, the 50% deposit will be retained.
